How do I make an order?

Click on the product that you want, choose the size and the number of products you want. Then use the “add to shopping cart” button. Then you can view your shopping cart by pressing the “shopping cart” button in the top right corner. Then press the “pay” button. After this step it’s time to fill out your shipping information. Then you choose your payment option and press the “Pay” button. If you have followed every step your purchase will go through.

Size guide - How do I choose the right size?

We offer three different sizes on our bracelets. They are not adjustable so it’s important to choose the right size.

The sizes we offer are:

  • (S) Small 15-16,5 cm
  • (M) Medium 16,5-18 cm
  • (L) Large 18-19,5 cm

To get the right size you need to measure the circumference of your wrist. If you don’t have a measuring tape you can take a piece of paper and wrap around your wrist. Then make a mark where the paper meets and use a ruler to measure.

If you land between two sizes, for example 18 cm. Then we recommend that you choose the larger size. The bracelets tends to expand a bit after the first use.

Which shipping options do you have?

At this time we only offer shipping with Postnord (swedish postal service).

What is the expected delivery time?

We at taylor bay strive to always send your order as fast as possible. But the delivery time can vary depending on holidays and where you live.

Postnords Delivery time:
Within Sweden 1-2 days
Within Europe 2-7 days
Outside Europe 3-12 days

Where do I write the discount code?

You go to your shopping cart, there you have a box with the text “discount code”. Write your code and then press the “activate” button.

Why haven’t I received my order confirmation?

When you have made an order you will get an order confirmation within a few minutes. It’s important that you have written the correct Email address. If you don’t receive your order confirmation within a few minutes, follow these steps. Don’t make a new order.

1. Check your spam inbox to see if the mail is there.
2. Contact our customer service at support@thetaylorbay.com. Make sure to include you name and address so that we can check if your order has gone through. We will then get back to you and if the order is in our system we will send an order confirmation manually.

How do I cancel my order?

We always send a return form with your order. So that you can easily return the product when it arrives. Remember that if you have received an email with the delivery confirmation then we can no longer cancel the order and you have to wait for the order to be delivered.

What is your return and exchange right policies?

We offer a 14 days return and exchange right. Use the return form that we sent with the order return it.

What should I do if I have not received my order?

If the delivery time has exceeded its date, please contact our customer service at support@thetaylorbay.com.

If the delivery time is not yet past due, we ask you to be patient.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We deliver to all countries.

Do you deliver the bracelet to my door?

The bracelet is shipped as a letter and will be delivered to the address you have submitted. But in some cases you may need to go to your post office.

Which payment options do you have?

You can pay with credit card, Debit card, Paypal. We support all the larger card companies like, VISA, MasterCard and American Express. We use DIBS for payments.

Do I need to pay any extra charges or customs?

If you live within the European Union you don’t need to pay any extra charges or customs.
Non EU-countries may have their own laws and regulations. Contact your country's customs for information.

Can I make any changes to my order?

After you receive your delivery confirmation via mail you can no longer make any changes to your order. Before that you can contact us at support@taylorbay.com and we will try to help you.
If your order already has been sent, you have 14 days to return. See “What is your return and exchange right policies?”

Are the bracelets water and scratch resistant?

The bracelets are water resistant. But we recommend that you avoid water, especially salt water to keep the bracelet in top condition.

The bracelets are not fully scratch resistant, so we recommend that you keep that in mind. Silver is a rather soft metal and is less scratch resistant than our other jewelry which is made with E-coating

Do you have any physical stores?

No, at this point in time Taylor Bay only have our E-store.
