Taylor bay does not sign contracts with people under the age of 18 without the acceptance of their guardian.
Under this follows a description of our products and other payment and delivery conditions that Taylor Bay applies.


Taylor Bay sells bracelets made out of bronze dipped in 24 carat gold and silver.

Prices and payment

Every product is displayed including VAT in the price. In the shopping cart the total price is displayed, including all charges, VAT, shipping and payment.

The payment conditions is specified in the shopping cart depending on your payment method.

Shipping conditions is specified in the shopping cart depending on your choice of shipping method.

We offer our customers to pay directly online with card payments. No extra card fees will be charged. We keep the right to deny the purchase if the card is not valid nor if the amount required is not available for debit. After you have chosen to pay your purchase by card. You will be moved to a payment window that will guide you through your purchase. We accept purchases with Visa, Mastercard and American Express. To make you as a customer feel safe when shopping at Taylor Bay. We use DIBS for transactions with debit and credit card payments and also direct payment from your internet bank. DIBS guarantees fast and safe payments and fulfills the requirements for PCI-DSS. Security is one of the most important things in DIBS solutions. DIBS are certified by both swedish and foreign banks and card companies. All information about your payment is encrypted with SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) when transferred over to DIBS. Your card details will not be registered or saved by Taylor Bay AB. Observe that if you are younger than 18 years old you need to have your guardians permission to Shop at Taylor Bay AB

Paypal will be offered directly through Taylor Bay AB and not via DIBS.

If you choose Paypal you will be transferred to Paypal’s website, where you can complete your payment.

Right to withdraw

Your right to withdraw (withdrawal period) is valid under 14 days. In your message to us it must be apparent that you want to make a refund. Your withdrawal period starts the day you received your product or an essential piece of it.

You do not have your right to withdraw if:

The service has commenced during the withdrawal period with your consent, the price depends on the fluctuations of the financial market, for instance a share, the item cannot be returned due to its nature, the seal is broken on audio or video recordings or computer programs. Seal also refers to technical sealing.?

When you have used your right to withdraw:

You are liable to keep the product in the same condition as it was when you got it. You are not allowed to use it, but you may carefully examine it. If the product is damaged or lost because you have been reckless, you lose your right to withdraw.


If you want to make complaint on product, contact our customer service at support@thetaylorbay.com. When you contact us please state your order number and we will give you a return shipping label. It could speed up the process if you take a picture of the product. You have according to swedish law the possibility to make complaints up to 3 years after the purchase. This is for defects that can be traced back to the production of the product. This does not count regular usage or ageing of the product. A complaint need to be done as soon as possible after the defect has been discovered. The products has to be clean and free from dog hair, mud and such things. After we have received the product product. We will tend to the matter within 30 days.

Force Majeure

We consider us released from fulfilling our obligations in this agreement if there is a change in legislation, governmental action, conflict at the labor market, fire, flooding, war, terrorism, sabotage, accident of bigger proportions or similar events.


Attempts to commit fraud by false or stolen card details will be reported to the police. We log the IP address used with every purchase, so that we can include it if a police report is required.


This webshop is using cookies according to Electronic Communications Act, 25 july 2003. A cookie is a small texfile that is stored in your computer and contains information. The delivery time is stated in the shopping cart under the different shipping options. If a product has an different delivery time it will be stated under the product.

We reserve us for any fact errors and an eventual clearance sale. When we send your order from our warehouse you will receive an email that informs you that the order is shipped.

Shipping responsibility

We take responsibility for products that has been damaged when shipped to you. It is important that you take a photo of the damaged goods when you receive it and instantly make a complaint at your post office. You can also contact us and we will help you get compensation for the damaged product.

We also take responsibility for products that is lost under shipping. If you have not received your package within reasonable time, please contact our customer service.

When you return a product to us, it’s you that is responsible for the goods. It’s very important that you handle the product with care and make sure both the product and its original packing can’t be damaged when shipped back. Never use the original package as the outer packaging because it will be damaged. If the original packaging is damaged because of poor handling we will demand a compensation for value loss from you, the customer. Any damage that is from opening the package is of course acceptable.

Non collected packages

Packages that has not been collected will be returned to us. For every package that is not collected you will be charged 150 SEK. This will cover, return shipping and charges for expedition and handling.


Returns are made at your expense. Exceptions are if the product is defect of if you have received the wrong product. Returns shall be sent as a letter or package, it is not allowed to be sent as C.O.D. When you have returned your product we will pay the shipping of the new product to you.

When you have used your right to withdraw. You shall send the product back to us. Contact us at support@thetaylorbay.com and state your order number and the reason for the return.

Repayment obligation

If you have used your right to withdraw. We shall pay you back the amount you spent on the product. We will pay you back as soon as possible or at the latest, 30 days from when we received the product back. You will need to pay for the return shipping. We will always pay the return shipping for replacement products
